เป็นอ่างเก็บน้ำสันเขื่อนดินมีขนาดความจุ 26 ล้านลูกบาศก์เมตร ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 1,500 ไร่ สันเขื่อนยาว 800 เมตร สร้างแล้วเสร็จเมื่อปี พ।ศ. 2533 เพื่อการชลประทาน ซึ่งบริเวณอ่างเก็บน้ำมีทัศนียภาพที่สวยงามของป่าไผ่และภูเขาที่โอบล้อมอ่างเก็บน้ำ และมีบริการเรือแพไม้ไผ่สำหรับรับประทานอาหารและพักผ่อนโดยใช้เรือหางยาวบริการลากไปยังกลางอ่างเก็บน้ำ การเดินทางใช้เส้นทางเลย-ภูเรือ ออกจากตัวเมืองไปประมาณ 15 กม. จะมีป้ายบอกทางให้เลี้ยวขวาไปอีกประมาณ 5 กม.
